“My Week With Rusty” (Plain Human Point of View)

Yeah, nothing too exciting this week. Just the usual with Rusty.

Monday:
Worked from home. Rusty laid around most of the day. Took him for a walk after dinner. He barked at a squirrel for like five minutes straight.

Tuesday:
Gave him a new puzzle toy. He figured it out really fast. Then we went to the park and he rolled in something gross. I had to give him a bath.

Wednesday:
Came home from the store and found Rusty had somehow opened the kitchen cupboard. He ate an entire loaf of bread. Just… gone.

Thursday:
It rained all day. Rusty didn’t want to go out. Just stood by the door giving me a look like I was ruining his life.

Friday:
Had a playdate with my friend’s dog. They ran around the backyard like maniacs for an hour. Then Rusty passed out on the floor.

Saturday:
Took Rusty for a short hike. He got tired halfway and just laid down. I had to coax him along with treats.

Sunday:
Stayed home. Watched a movie. Rusty curled up on the couch next to me and snored the whole time.
